Active Ingredients:

Brahmi – The leaves of Brahmi plant are another essential component. They have been used for ages in Ayurvedic concoctions and are active agents in improving circulation and purifying the blood. Further they have a wonderful effect on the liver and thyroid glands by regularising the hormonal secretions, improving metabolism and blood flow.  Amla – Amla, also known as Indian gooseberries, grows on a flowering tree of the same name. The small berries are round and bright or yellow-green. The antioxidants and vitamins found in amla berries offer several health benefits. High concentrations of vitamin C in amla helps the body recover from illness. Amla berries also include several flavonols, chemicals that have been linked to benefits like improved memory. One 100g serving of amla berries (about a half cup) provides 300mg of vitamin C—more than twice the daily recommended value for adults. You’ll also find notable amounts of polyphenols, alkaloids, and flavonoids. Amla has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Shikakai – The essential nutrients and natural ingredients present in Shikakai is extremely beneficial in improving the texture of hair in winter. Being a natural surfactant, it cleanses the hair follicles, removes greasiness and makes the hair softer and shinier. Much to our respite, the potent antifungal and anti-microbial property of Shikakai play a key role in removing dandruff and lice from the scalp and hair respectively. It effectively removes dandruff but does not strip away the essential oils from the scalp, hence preventing dry scalp problems which ultimately causes flaking and dandruff. So, bid goodbye to the stubborn white flakes on your scalp and shoulders and also get relief from the constant itching and clumsiness due to hair lice.

Bhringraj  – The umpteen beneficial properties of bhringaraj include Keshranjaka (hair vitalizer), Ruchuvardakam (appetizer), Jathraagni deepaka (stimulates digestive fire), Netrahitkara (treats eye problems), Kapha visha nashaka (helps destroy Kapha doshas and toxins), Deepana (enhances stomach fire), Pachana (helps in digestion), Kusthahara (treats skin disease), Shothahara (reduces inflammation), Raktapitta (treats bleeding disorders), Kasahara (treats cough and cold), Pandunut (treats anaemia), Shiro artinut (treats headache), Chakushya (improves eyesight), Rasayana (anti-ageing) and Jantujit (relieves from worm infestation). Harad – Harad is an herb which is commonly known as Harade in India and has multiple Ayurvedic health benefits. (required amount).

How to use:

  • Take required quantity and massage gently on hair and scalp before bed
  • Leave overnight 
  • Wash in the morning
