Active Ingredients:

Ajwain Desi – Carom seeds are incredibly nutritious, being rich in fiber, antioxidants, and other vitamins and minerals. Because of this, they have been associated with health benefits and long been used in traditional Indian medicine practices. Test-tube studies show that carom seeds and its compounds may inhibit the growth of certain strains of bacteria and fungi, including E. Coli, Salmonella, and Candida albicans. Animal studies show that carom seed powder and extract in high doses may reduce elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels — both of which are risk factors for heart disease. There is some evidence that carom seeds may help fight peptic ulcers and improve indigestion, but research is limited to animal studies.

Pudina Khushk – From boosting digestion to keeping your breath fresh for long, mint is packed with a number of benefits that make its more than just a mocktail, chutney or raita ingredient. Menthol, which is the active oil in the mint, has antiseptic and antibacterial properties that help relieve indigestion and also soothe an upset stomach

Jaiphal – Nutmeg spice powder comes with a dense nutrient profile which offers you with indispensable health benefits. The myriad of nutrients present in nutmeg includes fibre, manganese, magnesium, copper, calcium, iron, and vital vitamins thiamin, vitamin B6, folate. The impressive array of nutrients in Jaiphal powder is known to promote digestion, improve brain functions, control blood pressure and stimulate liver health and ease the pain.

Zeera siyyah – Most of cumin’s claimed benefits have to do with your digestion, immune system, and circulation. Some benefits of cumin can be demonstrated with clinical studies, while some remain hard to prove. Cumin seeds contain naturally occurring substances that work as antioxidants. That means that these substances (called apigenin and luteolin) keep the tiny free radicals that attack healthy cells from being successful. The oil extracted from cumin seeds has been used as an effective larvicide and antiseptic agent. The oil even kills strains of bacteria that are resistant to other antiseptics.
