They soon prepared a unique dish which was then called sambar. With this powder masala you can achieve the perfect sambar recipe with an authentic South Indian perfect sambar taste and you won’t be able to tell the difference !
Sambar powder is made by frying all spices like jeera, turmeric, hing, red chili pepper that not only excites the taste buds but is also very beneficial and healthy for your internal system. The ingredients in these products are known to treat gastro-intestinal problems.
Active Ingredients :
Zira (Cuminum cyminum): Zira or jeera provides the food with rich aroma and flavour. It also has antioxidant and anticancer properties. It helps control blood sugar levels, diarrhea, fights bacterial and parasites due to its anti-inflammatory properties, lowers cholesterol and helps in weight loss. It is also effective in the prevention of food-born illnesses.

How to use :
Take 1-2 teaspoons in curry and vegetable dishes. Store it in a cool and dry place.
