Active Ingredients:

Supari (Betel Nut) – Arecoline is responsible for some of the effects of betel quid chewing, such as alertness, increased stamina, a sense of well-being, euphoria, and salivation. Chewing the nut stimulates the flow of saliva to aid digestion. Betel nut also has been used to stimulate the appetite. Areca nuts contain a large number of amino acids. Arecoline has been isolated form the nuts. They also contain sitosterol, leukocyanidins and tannins.

Cow milk – Milk is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, including “nutrients of concern,” which are under-consumed by many populations. There have been many studies that state that one glass of milk a day can reduce your risks of having obesity. This may be true in the case with whole milk. With its high source of protein content in it, it can curb your cravings for a long time. So keep in mind that you need to add whole milk in your diet as this is will aid you in your fitness strategy to burn fat.

Ghee – Research indicates that the CLA found in ghee may help reduce excessive weight gain. It may also help reduce the mass of body fat in some people. Though ghee is rich in fat, it contains high concentrations of monounsaturated Omega-3s. These healthful fatty acids support a healthy heart and cardiovascular system.

Sugar – A healthy diet that supports productivity includes sugar. Glucose is the body’s primary source of fuel, and it comes from the breakdown of sugar. Sucrose contains a fructose molecule and a glucose molecule. The body splits the molecules apart, and insulin helps transport the glucose to cells where it’s instantly metabolized and converted into energy. Without glucose we wouldn’t have stamina for all of our holiday festivities.
